The facilities

The Centre has several offices, including two assessment and individual psychotherapy rooms. A fitness room is also available, allowing clients to better understand the psychological benefits of staying in shape. Clients can also enjoy a large relaxation room and an additional room for participating in workshops.

The kitchen

The Centre is nestled in nature and aims to ensure its guests enjoy as much of its land as possible. Whether it's seasonal vegetables and berries, veal, or other meats, the locally produced food will, whenever possible, be combined with products from local farms. Meals focus on healthy eating that promotes well-being and avoids industrially processed foods. A regional caterer prepares meals for guests and delivers them directly to the Centre's accommodations. This allows guests to focus on their mental health and have more time to rest while enjoying balanced meals.

The external environment

The Centre is nestled in nature and very close to the Chutes Regional Park, which offers a diverse range of outdoor activities. Guests can fully enjoy nature whether hiking, snowshoeing, off-piste skiing, cycling, or even tubing down the river. The breathtaking views encourage introspection.
